1 General Terms & Acceptance

Welcome to tvaje. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tvaje ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://tvaje.org and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and the tvaje Rewards programme.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the tvaje platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understand their content;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms as a condition of accessing the platform;
• You meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• All information you provide to tvaje during registration or verification is accurate, complete, and up to date.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and tvaje. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the content of any promotional communication, these Terms shall take precedence unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise in writing.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to tvaje is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their membership:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 18+ tvaje operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be suspended immediately, all balances forfeited, and the matter escalated in accordance with applicable law.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on tvaje. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using a proxy identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have previously requested self-exclusion from tvaje or any associated platform. Players who have activated self-exclusion and subsequently attempt to register a new account will have that account closed immediately and any winnings voided.
• Not acting for a third party: You must be registering and playing solely on your own behalf, using your own funds, and not as a nominee, agent, or representative of any other person or entity.

Age Verification

tvaje employs age and identity verification checks as part of the registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We may request one or more of the following documents at any stage of your relationship with the platform:

• A government-issued national ID card (Bangladesh National Identity Card);
• A valid passport (any nationality);
• A driving licence with photograph;
• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address (dated within 90 days).

Until verification is complete, tvaje reserves the right to restrict deposits, withdrawals, or both. We do not impose withdrawal restrictions arbitrarily — verification exists to protect players and to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage access.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of tvaje services — including deposits, withdrawals, live betting, and casino gameplay — you must create a registered account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and your chosen payment method details.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tvaje username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tvaje will never ask for your password, your bKash PIN, your Nagad PIN, or any one-time password (OTP) via email, social media, or any channel. Any request for this information from someone claiming to represent tvaje should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You are advised to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 2FA is optional, it provides a significant additional layer of security against unauthorised access. tvaje accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be truthful and current. Providing false information — including a fictitious name, a date of birth that misrepresents your age, or a payment account that belongs to another person — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account at that time.

KYC and Enhanced Due Diligence

In addition to standard registration verification, tvaje may conduct enhanced due diligence checks on accounts that show unusual activity patterns, large withdrawal requests, or other indicators that warrant further review. These checks are conducted in accordance with international anti-money-laundering standards. Cooperation with KYC and enhanced due diligence requests is a condition of continued access to the platform.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on tvaje are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). tvaje supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your tvaje wallet within seconds of confirmation.
• Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to appear depending on card issuer processing times.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source, less any applicable transaction fees.
• tvaje does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to bKash are typically processed within one hour of approval. Withdrawals via other methods may take up to 24 hours.
• All withdrawals are subject to a completed KYC verification. Accounts that have not passed identity verification may have withdrawals held pending the completion of that process.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, to prevent money laundering.
• tvaje reserves the right to request supporting documentation (e.g., proof of payment method ownership) before processing any withdrawal request.

Bonus-Linked Funds

Where a deposit has been accompanied by a bonus offer, withdrawal of funds may be subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement before bonus-linked winnings become eligible for withdrawal. General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to their own individual terms, which are published at the point of offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term shall prevail.
• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. A player may be deemed ineligible for a specific promotion based on their account history, geographic location, or prior bonus usage patterns.
• tvaje reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not retrospectively affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash equivalents outside of completed wagering requirements, or used in combination with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• tvaje uses automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, low-risk or arbitrage betting patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, and coordinated wagering between accounts. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus cancelled and any related winnings voided.

Wagering Requirements

Most deposit bonuses and free spin winnings at tvaje are subject to a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager thirty times the bonus value before withdrawal is permitted). The applicable multiplier is always stated clearly in the bonus offer description. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate. 6 Betting & Gaming Rules

tvaje offers sports betting (with a primary focus on cricket — BPL, Bangladesh Tigers, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI, IPL) and casino products (slots, live dealer tables, crash games). The following rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on the platform.

Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change in real time for in-play markets. The odds confirmed at the moment of bet acceptance are the odds that apply to your wager.
• tvaje reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced (where pre-match rules apply), placed using incorrect odds caused by a system error, or placed in breach of these Terms.
• Maximum stake and maximum win limits apply to all betting markets and are communicated within the bet placement interface. tvaje reserves the right to adjust individual account limits based on betting patterns.
• In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport and competition as published in our Sports Betting Rules document.
• Cricket markets follow standard ICC playing conditions. Disputes about outcomes are resolved using official scorecards from the relevant cricket board or tournament organiser.

Casino Games

• All casino games on tvaje use certified RNG technology supplied by our game providers: Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Results are random, independent, and cannot be influenced by any player action outside of the game's designed mechanics.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tvaje platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in further legal action:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age or eligibility.
• Money laundering: Using tvaje to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds connected to illegal activity. tvaje complies with international anti-money-laundering standards and reports suspicious activity as required.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including chip dumping in poker, group arbitrage in sports betting, or any form of match-fixing involvement.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, screen-scraping software, or any other automated means to interact with the tvaje platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, or any pattern of play designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement with the platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback with your bank or mobile financial service provider after making a deposit at tvaje. All disputed transactions must be raised with our support team first.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access, operate, or place bets using your tvaje account. Each account is personal and must be used solely by the registered account holder.
• Interference with platform integrity: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the technical systems underpinning the tvaje website or game servers.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

tvaje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to pass age or identity verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as inactive and may be closed with prior notice sent to the registered email address;
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests submitted through account settings or via [email protected];
• Where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your tvaje account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of your closure request, tvaje will process any pending withdrawals of legitimate real-money balances within five business days, provided KYC verification is complete. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be returned.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their lives may request a self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and a permanent ban. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected period. 9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tvaje, its directors, employees, agents, and third-party game providers shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the tvaje platform;
• Losses resulting from temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, cyberattack, or force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, acts of government, or internet service disruptions);
• Losses caused by your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, tip, analysis, or prediction published on the tvaje platform or any third-party site;
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, even if tvaje has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits tvaje's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

tvaje makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. We carry out routine maintenance and system updates — during which some or all services may be temporarily unavailable. We endeavour to schedule maintenance during low-traffic periods and to provide advance notice where possible.

10 Amendments to These Terms

tvaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven days before the changes come into effect, where reasonably practicable. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the tvaje platform after any amendment has come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

tvaje may make minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to company contact details — without prior notice. Such minor amendments do not alter your substantive rights under these Terms.

The version of these Terms that was in effect at the time you placed a bet or made a deposit governs the rights and obligations arising from that specific transaction. Subsequent amendments do not apply retrospectively to settled transactions.
